About Ticket
Will tickets be available on the day？
If tickets have not yet sold out, you can purchase same-day tickets from the official ticket website.
Tickets are sometimes available for purchase at the venue, but those ticket prices may differ and they may be sold out.
Where can I buy tickets?
1. Via the official ticketing website
Credit cards are accepted.
Only tickets purchased through the official ticketing website allow up to three date/time changes.
*Changes can be made until 2 hours before the scheduled entry time.
*Tickets bought outside of the official ticketing website cannot be changed after purchase.
*The latest information, such as cancellations due to weather conditions, etc., will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase.
2.Buy on site
On-site sales are for the day of the event only and may sell out. Also, prices vary.
Can I change or cancel the date of my ticket?
In general, tickets cannot be canceled or changed once purchased. However, the date/time can be changed for tickets directly purchased from the official ticketing website.
The date/time of the ticket may be changed up to 3 times. To do so, select 'Modify ticket date' displayed on the QR ticket and follow the procedure. Changes can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled entry time.
The ticket date/time cannot be changed in the following cases:
- The date/time has already been changed 3 times
- Changing to a different type of ticket
- Changing to date/time that has sold out or has insufficient tickets left
- Changing the date/time for a portion of tickets within a multiple-ticket purchase
- Changing to multiple dates/times within a multiple-ticket purchase
- Changing to a date/time that is not yet available for purchase
- Changing to a date/time with a revised price
Do I need to print my ticket?
1. If you own a smartphone, tablet, or similar device
You do not need to print your ticket. Access the URL from your confirmation email and display the ticket screen at the entrance.
2. If you do not own a smartphone, tablet, or similar device
Print your ticket from the "Print your ticket" button, available from 24 hours before the scheduled entry time .
Where can I view my purchased tickets?
Tickets purchased from the official ticketing website can be viewed from the URL in your confirmation email (subject: teamLab e-ticket purchase completed).
If you have not received this email, please contact us via the contact form here.
Please refrain from sending the ticket URL to third-parties.
What should I do if I haven't received the confirmation email?
If you haven't received your confirmation email, please consider the following cases:
1. The email has been filtered and stored in a folder other than your inbox.
2. The address @yorovalley.tickets.teamlab.art is blocked on your server. In this case, please change your settings.

In the case of a group purchase, can ticket holders of the same group enter the exhibition separately by distributing the tickets beforehand?
Tickets can be distributed to other members of the group from 24 hours before your reserved entry time. By doing so, visitors may enter the exhibition separately as long as they arrive at the time indicated on their ticket.
To distribute tickets, select the ticket you would like to share from the “Share your ticket” button on the ticket screen.
*Persons accompanying visitors with a Disability Discount ticket - please arrive together as a disability certificate will be requested upon entry.
Can I cancel the distribution of group tickets?
You can cancel an allocated ticket via the “Change allocated tickets” option on the ticket screen.
If you cancel an allocation, the ticket allocated to that person will become invalid, and the number of people who can enter the venue with your tickets will increase accordingly.
Regarding entry
Will the exhibition be open even if it rains?
The venue will be open. However, depending on conditions at the venue, it may be closed or temporarily closed. Please check the official social media channels for the latest updates.
Will you close/suspend the exhibition due to inclement weather?
If a storm warning, heavy rain warning, or thunder advisory is in effect, opening of the venue may be delayed, or it may be closed or temporarily closed.

Can I enter with pets?
Aside from assistance dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs), pets are not permitted inside the venue.
*Items such as carry-on suitcases cannot be brought into the venue.
Is re-entry permitted?
Re-entry is not permitted.
Can large items such as carry-on suitcases be brought into the venue or stored on-site?
Large items such as carry-on suitcases cannot be brought into the venue.
Belongings cannot be stored at the venue, so please store them elsewhere before arrival.
Regarding accessibility (persons with mobility impairment, wheelchair users, strollers, etc)
For safety reasons, wheelchairs and strollers are not permitted.
Can children (middle school and below) enter by themselves?
Children (middle school and below) must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years old or above. There must be one accompanying adult for every 2 children, including children eligible for free entry.
Will I have to wait before entering the exhibition?
During busy periods, you may be required to wait outside before entry.
Please come with appropriate preparation against heat exhaustion or the cold depending on the season.
Regarding the venue
Are there restrooms in the venue?
There are no restrooms inside the exhibition area.
Please use the restrooms next to the reception desk before entering.
Are filming and photography allowed? Can I post them to social media?
Taking photos and videos, as well as posting them on social media are allowed. However, the following are prohibited:
- Use of monopods, tripods, selfie sticks and other auxilary equipment, as well as flash photography.
- Filming or photography for commercial purposes without prior consent.
- Other actions that may cause inconvenience to other visitors.
