Will tickets be available on the day?
If tickets have not yet sold out, you can purchase same-day tickets from the official ticket website.
Tickets are sometimes available for purchase at the venue, but those ticket prices may differ and they may be sold out.
Where can I buy tickets?
1. Purchasing from the Official Ticket Website
A credit card is required to purchase tickets on the official ticket website.
The date/time of tickets purchased on the official ticket website can be changed up to three times. (Changes can be made up until 21:00 on the day of your visit.)
The date/time of tickets purchased through any source other than the official ticket website cannot be changed after purchase.
Latest information on closure due to severe weather and about other matters will be sent to the email address that was used at the time of purchase.
2. Purchasing from a Booking Agency
When purchasing from the below booking agency, in addition to cash, several different payment methods are available.
For details on the available payment methods, please check with the booking agency.
*Booking agencies cannot change your ticket’s date. But the date of a ticket bought through the official ticket website can be changed up to three times. (Changes are possible until 9:00 PM on the day of entry.)

3. Purchasing at the Venue
Only same-day tickets can be purchased at the venue. Same-day tickets may sell out.
Please also note that the price of tickets bought at the venue differ from those purchased in advance.
Can I change or cancel the date of my ticket?
Changes or cancellations cannot be made after a purchase is completed. The ticket date/time can be changed only for tickets purchased on the official ticket website.
The date/time can be changed up to three times. Please make any changes by 21:00 of the visit date stated on your ticket via the “Modify ticket date” button on your QR ticket.
However, the ticket date cannot be changed in the following cases:
When the ticket date has been changed three times
When changing to a different ticket type
When changing to a date on which tickets are sold out, or a date for which not enough tickets remain
When changing the date of one or some tickets in a multiple-ticket purchase
When changing each ticket in a multiple-ticket purchase to a different date
When changing to a date on which ticket sales have not yet started
When changing to a date with a revised ticket price
The date/time of tickets purchased through any source other than the official ticket website cannot be changed after purchase.
Do I need to print my ticket?
1. Customers With Smartphones
You do not need to print out your ticket.
Enter the venue by showing your ticket, which can be accessed from the URL in your confirmation email. You can access your tickets from 00:00 on the admission date.
2. Customers Without Smartphones
After purchasing a ticket, you will need to print it out via the “Display e-ticket print page” button on the ticket screen, which you can access from 00:00 on the admission date.
Where can I view my purchased tickets?
If you purchased through the official ticket website, you can access your ticket from 00:00 on the admission date via the e-ticket URL in your confirmation email (subject: teamLab e-ticket purchase completed).
If you do not receive the email, please contact us through the contact form.
Please refrain from sending the e-ticket URL in your confirmation email to any third party.
What should I do if I haven't received the confirmation email?
If you do not receive the email, the following may have happened:
1. The email went to a folder other than your inbox.
Your email software’s filtering (automatic sorting) function may have placed the email in a different folder. Also check your spam folder and elsewhere.
2. Your email account is set to block certain emails.
Check that your email account can receive emails from the following domain: @botanicalgarden.ticket.teamlab.art

In the case of a group purchase, can ticket holders of the same group enter the exhibition separately by distributing the tickets beforehand?
You can allocate tickets to your companions. Entering the venue separately is possible as long as all members of your party enter within the specified time.
Send ticket(s) by tapping/clicking the “Share e-ticket” button on the ticket screen (accessible from 00:00 on your admission date) and selecting the ones you want to allocate.
*If you are entering the venue with a disability discount ticket, we will need to see your disability certificate at entry.
Therefore, persons holding a disability certificate must enter the venue together with their companion(s).
Can I cancel the distribution of group tickets?
You can cancel an allocated ticket via the “Change allocated tickets” option on the ticket screen.
If you cancel an allocation, the ticket allocated to that person will become invalid, and the number of people who can enter the venue with your tickets will increase accordingly.
Regarding entry
Will the exhibition be open even if it rains?
The venue will be open. However, depending on conditions at the venue, it may be closed or temporarily closed. Please check the official website and our social media channels for the latest updates.
Will you close/suspend the exhibition due to inclement weather?
If a storm warning, heavy rain warning, or thunder advisory is in effect, opening of the venue may be delayed, or it may be closed or temporarily closed.

How long will the exhibition be held?
The attraction is permanent and will not end after a specific period.
Can I enter with pets?
Aside from assistance dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs), pets are not permitted inside the venue.
*Items such as carry-on suitcases cannot be brought into the venue.
Is re-entry permitted?
Once you leave the venue, re-entry is not permitted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can large items such as carry-on suitcases be brought into the venue or stored on-site?
Large items such as carry-on suitcases cannot be brought into the venue.
Belongings cannot be stored at the venue, so please store them elsewhere before arrival.
Can children (middle school and below) enter by themselves?
Children aged 15 or below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is aged 18 or older.
One adult aged at least 18 must accompany every three children (including those aged 3 years or younger).
Will I have to wait before entering the exhibition?
Depending on how crowded the venue is, you may need to wait to enter.
Please use warmer or cooler clothing that is appropriate for the season and weather.
Regarding accessibility (persons with mobility impairment, wheelchair users, strollers, etc)
Entering the venue with a stroller or wheelchairs is permitted.
However, for safety reasons, access to some areas (such as the Eucalyptus Area) and some artworks may be restricted. (For example, some artworks may not be accessible to people in wheelchairs)

Regarding the venue
Are there maps available?
Installing the app on your smartphone will enable you to view a map that shows information about your current location at the venue. The app can also be installed by using the QR code at the entrance when you visit.
Paper maps of the venue are also available for free at the entrance.
Is there a set route?
There is no set route. Please take whichever route you like.
Are there any restaurants, cafes, or vending machines?
A restaurant is located at the information center (near the exit). Drink vending machines are also located throughout the park.
Are filming and photography allowed? Can I post them to social media?
Taking photos/videos inside the venue and posting them on social media is permitted.
However, the following are not permitted:
・Using monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, or any other photo/video-related gear
・Flash photography
・Commercial photography/videoing or media coverage without prior permission
・Live streaming on social media
・Any other activity that may disturb other visitors
