Digitized Gastronomy

Digitized gastronomy is the experience of perceiving art physically in a dynamic body state by eating the work itself.
The artwork becomes immersed in people's bodies, becoming one with them, blurring the boundary between the work and the body. This experience shakes up the perception of the boundary between oneself and the world.
This project takes into consideration the cultural background of cuisine and food culture, and through practical research and experimentation, attempts to re-interpret and extend them through art created using digital technology.
