About Ticket

  • Are same-day tickets available?

    If tickets are not sold out yet, they can be purchased on the day of entry from the official ticketing website.
    Tickets can also be purchased on site, but they may sell out.

  • What should I do if I'm late for the admission time?

    You can still enter if you arrive on site within the same day during open hours. Please feel free to ask a nearby staff at the venue.
    * Last admission is 1 hour before closing.

  • Can I change the admission date and time after purchasing my ticket?

    The date can be changed for tickets directly purchased from the official ticketing website.
    The date of the ticket may be changed up to once.
    Please proceed by selecting 'Modify ticket date/time' displayed on the QR ticket by 11:00 pm on the day before your scheduled visit indicated on your ticket.

    The ticket date cannot be changed in the following cases:
     - The date has already been changed once
     - Changing to a different type of ticket
     - Changing to date that has sold out or has insufficient tickets left
     - Changing the date for a portion of tickets within a multiple-ticket purchase
     - Changing to multiple dates within a multiple-ticket purchase
     - Changing to a date that is not yet available for purchase
     - Changing to a date with a revised price

  • Can I cancel my ticket?

    Tickets can be refunded only if the exhibition has an unscheduled closure.

  • How do I purchase and pay for tickets?

    1. Tickets are available on the official ticketing website.
    You can pay by credit card when purchasing tickets from the official ticketing website.
    Only tickets purchased through the official ticketing website can be changed, up to once. (The date and time can be changed until 11:00 pm on the day before your scheduled visit.)

    2. Tickets are also available at the venue's ticket counter.
    Only same-day tickets are sold at the venue, and they may sell out.

  • Do I need to print my ticket?

    1. If you own a smartphone, tablet, or similar device
    You do not need to print your ticket. Access the URL from your confirmation email and display the ticket screen at the entrance.

    2. If you do not own a smartphone, tablet, or similar device
    Print your ticket from the ""Print your ticket"" button, available from 0:00AM of the reservation date.

  • Where can I view my purchased tickets?

    Tickets purchased from the official ticketing website can be viewed from the URL in your confirmation email (subject: [ teamLab Future Park Okinawa ] Ticket purchase completed).
    Please refrain from sending the ticket URL to third-parties.

Regarding entry

  • Will there be any cancellations due to weather conditions?

    If a weather warning/advisory is issued, the opening of the venue may be delayed or the exhibition may be canceled or suspended.
    In case the exhibition has to be cancelled, we will announce it on our official website and on social media.

  • When will the exhibition end?

    The exhibition is permanent, not temporary.

  • Is re-entry possible?

    Re-entry is not permitted.

  • Can adults accompanying their child/children under 13 switch places with another adult?

    Adults accompanying their child/children under 13 cannot switch places with another adult without purchasing a separate ticket.
    Re-entry is also not permitted.

  • Can children enter the exhibition without an adult?

    Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 20 or older.
    There must be one accompanying adult for every three children, including children eligible for free entry.

  • Do I have to wait before entry?

    During busy periods, you may be required to wait outside before entry.
    Please come with appropriate preparation against heat exhaustion or the cold depending on the season.
    Please allow plenty of time for your visit.

  • Can I enter the exhibition area with a stroller?

    You cannot enter the exhibition area with a stroller.
    Strollers must be stored at the stroller storage area, located outside the teamLab exhibition area on the 3rd floor.

Regarding the venue

  • Are there any limitations regarding attire?

    For safety reasons, those wearing high heels, shoes with decorative spikes, open-toed shoes, shoes that do not provide support (sandals, flip-flops, clogs), etc. will not be allowed entry.
    Please wear shoes that are easy to move in, such as sneakers.

  • Can I eat or drink inside the exhibition area?

    No eating or drinking (including candy and gum) in the exhibition area

  • Does the venue have a room for nursing and diaper changing?

    Please use the nursing room located outside the teamLab exhibition area on the 3rd floor.
    Diaper changing tables are located in the men's restrooms, women's restrooms, family restrooms, and in the nursing room.

  • Does the venue have lockers?

    A limited number of coin lockers are available outside the teamLab exhibition area on the 3rd floor. (It costs 100 yen to use the lockers but the money wil be returned after use.)
    There are also paid lockers on the 1st floor of T Galleria Okinawa by DFS (at the car rental departure gate and on the Hilton reception floor).
