The novel coronavirus has forced the world to become more isolated, causing people to become confined to their homes. This project was created to help us realize that our existence is connected to the world and to celebrate the fact that the world is connected.

The television in your home becomes art. Watch at home, participate at home, and connect with the world. The basement of GINZA 456 will become a huge art space created by people who are connected thruoughout the world.
The characters you drew will walk in a line with the characters drawn by people all over the world, and they will start to walk around on TVs throughout the world. They will also walk life-size through the basement of GINZA 456.

No matter where you are in the world, draw a character on a piece of paper, your smartphone, or computer, and upload it. The characters you draw, and the characters drawn by others, walk in real time on the YouTube Live Stream. When you touch a character, the character reacts, sometimes stopping. When a new character walks out, the name of the town where the character was drawn will be shown.

At home, they walk in real time on YouTube. If you connect your home TV to YouTube, your home TV becomes art.

The Zen expression “Hoho kore dojo” says every step is the place to learn. The characters you draw will confront various things, and will continue to walk in an endless line with the characters drawn by people all over the world.

The characters that people around the world draw in their homes keep walking until the end of the coronavirus. They will continue to walk in some places around the world when the new Corona comes to an end. In the future, perhaps the characters will continue to keep walking forever as an artwork for people to remember this era.
