チームラボによる夜の森のミュージアム『チームラボ かみさまがすまう森』が、2023年7月14日（金）から 11月5日（日）まで、御船山楽園（九州・武雄温泉）で開催される。 御船山楽園は、300万年続く自然に囲まれた、50万平米にも及ぶ敷地に創られた大庭園。毎年夏から秋にかけてだけ見られる本展は、チームラボが2015年からライフワークとして活動を続けてきた、自然が自然のままアートになる広大な展覧会である。2021年には、CNN「行くべき世界の屋外アート展」に、2017年にはデザインブーム誌「アートインスタレーション TOP 10」世界1位にも選ばれている。(本文抜粋)

開催9年目を迎える「チームラボ かみさまがすまう森」は、50万平米にも及ぶ敷地内に作られた大庭園・御船山楽園を舞台にしたアート展だ。超自然的に積み重なった巨石、樹齢3,000年の木が存在する森、名僧・行基が500体の羅漢像を安置した洞窟。長い時間の中で形作られてきた自然のありのままの形を、非物質的なデジタルテクノロジーを駆使してアートにすることで、自然と人との営みの軌跡と、時間の連続性を表現する。(本文抜粋)
