Graffiti Flowers Bombing

teamLab, 2018, Interactive Digital Installation, Endless, Sound: Hideaki Takahashi

People draw flowers on paper, which appear on the wall and grow in clusters.

The flowers created by people are born, they bloom, scatter, and then die. As the flowers scatter, the trajectory of the petals draws new lines.

If people place their hands on the wall and hold still, more flowers bloom. If they move their hands, all of the flowers scatter in an instant.

[How to interact with the artwork]
1: Color in the flower on the paper.
2: Scan your drawing.
3: The flowers will bloom in the exhibition space.
4: Hold your hand on the wall, and more flowers will bloom. Move your hand, and the flower petals will scatter.
